About The Project
The Millennium Highway & West Coast Road Reconstruction Project is a major infrastructure initiative upgrading critical transportation corridors in Saint Lucia.
Funded by the United Kingdom Caribbean Infrastructure Fund (UKCIF) and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), with co-financing from the Government of Saint Lucia, the project costs US$43.3 million.
It aims to enhance resilience, improve safety, and promote socio-economic development.
